We understand that sometimes our finished product may not fully align with your expectation and needs. Communication can be tricky that way. To address this, we offer a comprehensive refund policy.

 

Review Period

We encourage you to thoroughly review your audio audit or storytelling production within 7 days after receiving the final asset or the completion of the follow-up period. This time frame allows us to address your concerns promptly and effectively.

 

If you have any concerns or are not fully satisfied, please initiate the refund process within this 7-day window. Our refund policy includes the following steps:

 

Communication & Collaboration

If you are not fully satisfied with our services, we request that you initiate a discussion with us.

 

We will schedule a meeting to review your expectations, objectives, and strategies and how we did not meet them.

 

This collaborative approach allows us to understand your concerns and work towards a resolution.

 

Revision Phase

Following our discussion, we offer a complimentary rework of the specified areas of concern.

 

This revision will be completed within an agreed-upon timeframe, not exceeding two weeks from the date of our review meeting.

 

Partial Refund Option

If, after the revision period, you still feel that our services have not met your expectations, we will provide a partial refund for the aspects of our service that you find unsatisfactory.

 

The refund amount will be determined based on the specific circumstances and the portion of the service in question.
